We all need energy. Cheap energy is the key to economic progress. At the same time is the world population growth. The majority of people are living in Asia. Where they need cheap energy to facilitate economic boom and success. So let’s have a look at the future.
Let’s begin with oil. The oil will be up 28% of global energy consumption.
When we look at gas than we will see that around 30% of the global energy consumption.
The global usage of coal is going to double. Even though western countries are shutting down coal plants are plants being build in Asia. Mainly India and China are planning new coal plants.
Renewables will increase by 300%. Mainly coming from traditional renewables as sun and wind.
Modern biomass is going to double. Resulting in quite some usage.
So what is all of this telling you? No matter what: we are needing energy desperately. Desperate needs to increase the living conditions or simply keep the current standards.
