The banking committee is widely ignored. This is for good reasons. The politicians failed to notice the problems that caused the financial collapse of 2008. Okay, one member of congress warned for this is 2002.
What makes the hearing interesting is what Shelton said and did. In the past, she criticized the FED for failing to avoid the 2008 collapse. As well is she supportive of the reintroduction of the Gold standard? something which will make it impossible to print unlimited money.
What makes Shelton so great is what would happen when we would end the destruction of unlimited money printing.
So what is the response? Well, that is clear. The banking committee was upset. They went all-in against her. How did she dare to consider new FED nomination outside the inner circle?
This is the perfect example of what is wrong with the current financial world. After all, is the current system of central banks failing us all? So why do something against it?
