For over a decade are we living in the boom of the boom-bust cycles? All is going up. At the WEF in Davos was the idea spread that we have left the boom-bust business cycle.
To determine if we are going to leave the boom-bust business cycle we need to determine what is causing the cycle in the first place. So what causes the boom-bust cycle and the waste? Waste during the boom and the bust period? Well, this is artificial low interests. Meddling up with the market and not allowing it to set realistic prices. But with artificial low-interest rates are booms caused. See the bubbles in the financial markets. combine this with the hurts it for those who are saving money. They are not getting rewarded for providing economic stability and be the power for the good of society.
Since the financial collapse of 2008 central banks is pushing interest rates lower. This stimulates the economy. Well not the economy, the financial economy.
So what have the central banks do? Well, there is now a safety net at the interest markets. This net is only there for so long central banks are capable of controlling the interest rates and markets. We see more signals that they are losing control over the interest markets.
Central banks will end looser or later the control over rates. So what will happen when they lose control? Than we are, finally, in the monetary end game.
When interest rates are going to be zero, or even negative, we will see antoher boom. This boom will also cause new bubbles to happen and ultimately to pop. When they implode it will be a complete armangedon. You better get prepared.
